So, It's been a while since I've blogged last about math and I'm really trying to find out what fractions all mean. Does anyone know any real life situations where I could learn more about fractions?
Feeding my horse you use fractions of water. Like, 3 thirds or 2 thirds. Having a sandwich and split it up between 4 people and you. The correct fraction would be 1 over 5.

ReplyDeleteTwo people want to split an apple. They would split the apple in two equal parts which makes two halves. But in a fraction it would be 1 over 2.
